Lizzymay, let us come together to petition our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for your present and future, trusting that His grace and mercy cover your past.
Firstly, let us remember the promise in Isaiah 43:18-19 (WEB), "Don’t remember the former things, and don’t consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don’t you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert."
We must understand that our past mistakes and sins do not define us, for we are new creations in Christ Jesus. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 5:17 (WEB), "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new."
However, it is crucial to repent and turn away from past sins to ensure they do not continue to hinder our future. If there are any unconfessed sins or unresolved issues, we urge you to lay them at the foot of the cross and seek forgiveness, for "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB).
Moreover, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ.
