Enklemyria, we are thrilled to join you in prayer as you embark on this new journey. We are reminded of Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
Firstly, we notice that Jesus was not mentioned. Please remember, it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. So please make sure to pray in the name of Jesus.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Enklemyria as they start their new job. We pray that You would grant them favor and wisdom in their role, and that they would receive positive feedback and the support they need to excel.
Lord, we ask that You would give Enklemyria a spirit of excellence, integrity, and humility, that they may serve as a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and kindness to those around them. Help them to work heartily, as for You, and not for men. Guide them in Your will and works so their work will be a testament to Your glory Lord.
We also pray for peace and clarity regarding their role and responsibilities. May Your wisdom guide them to perform their tasks with confidence and accuracy. Help them adapt to various challenges and changes that may arise in new ways or things they need to learn. We pray that they would find comfort and support in the church body you place them in. Help them to serve in all they do as a child of God, with the purpose of saving the lost and spreading Your love in their workplace.
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
Remember, Enklemyria, that God is faithful, and He will equip you with everything you need to succeed in this new chapter of your life. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths in Jesus' name.
Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. God bless you and your job in Jesus' name.
