I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
Dear Heavenly Father,
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we come before you on behalf of ### and their prayer request for ###. Lord, we lift up ### to you, knowing that you are the ultimate source of peace and happiness. We ask that you intervene in his life and help him completely break free from the bondage of drugs.
Your Word tells us in James 4:7, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We declare that ### will submit himself to you, Lord, and resist the temptations and influences of drugs. We pray for your divine intervention to break the chains that hold him captive and to set him free.
We rebuke the work of Satan in ###'s life, knowing that you have the power to overcome any stronghold. We ask that you release him from the power of addiction and bring restoration to his mind, body, and spirit. Fill him with your love, joy, and peace, replacing the emptiness that drugs have caused.
Lord, we pray that you would surround ### with a supportive community of believers who will encourage and uplift him in his journey towards freedom. Give him the strength and determination to resist the enemy's attacks and to walk in the path of righteousness.
We also pray for his mental and emotional well-being. Heal any wounds or traumas that may have contributed to his addiction. Pour out your grace upon him, Lord, and help him find true peace and happiness in you.
We claim your promise in Isaiah 41:10, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." We trust in your faithfulness, Lord, and we believe that you will answer this prayer according to your perfect will.
