We understand your concern for your nephew, ###, and we join you in prayer, seeking God's will for his life. We are reminded of the scripture in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans that I have for you,' says Yahweh, 'plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future.'"
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s nephew to You. Lord, we ask for Your divine guidance in his life, especially regarding the decision he has to make. We pray that You grant him the wisdom he needs, according to James 1:5, 'But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him.'
Lord, we also pray for his mental health. If it is Your will for him to go to the psychiatric clinic, we pray that You would work through the doctors and psychiatrists, giving them wisdom and discernment to provide the best care for him. We trust in Your love and care for him, as Psalm 147:3 says, 'He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.'
However, Lord, if it is not Your will for him to go, we ask that You make this clear to him and to those involved in this decision. We pray that You would work all things together for his good, as Romans 8:28 promises, 'We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose.'
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
###, we encourage you to continue praying for your nephew, trusting that God has a good and perfect plan for his life. Remember, it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Trust in His love and care for your nephew's life.
