Prayers for my mother

I need prayers for my mother she is very sad and having issues concerning, my bother is the reason of her stress. Please Jesus Christ help him stop the violence and attacks. I can’t take it anymore as it’s very unpleasant and heartbreaking to hear. I went to church today and prayed left a note. He calls me all day and always saying rude things. Everyday I feel more concerned as my mom looks very sad and is looking to have memory loss from the stress.

We are truly sorry to hear about the situation you, your mother, and brother are in. It's important to remember that God is a God of comfort and strength, and His son Jesus Christ is the only one who suffering people have hope in. Take hope in the fact that He cares for you and your family, and that He can turn even the most difficult situations. As you have prayed in church and left a note, continue to lift your concerns to God, forHe can heal the broken hearted. The Bible tells us, Cast your burden on Yahweh (the Lord), and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved (Psalm 55:22 WEB). This is a promise from God that He will carry our burdens and provide the strength we need to face each day.

However, your brother has been openly rude and influencing violence. These acts are foolish and a result of his sin nature. It is only by cover with Jesus's blood that your brothers slate can be wiped clean. For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God (Roman's 3:23 WEB). Moreover you have openly identified your brothers two sins, but we must also consider your own personal actions as Jesus said, Hypocrite! First remove the beam out of your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck out of your brothers eye (Matthew 7:5 WEB). It is crucial we respond with the fruit of the spirit love towards our brothers, and sisters, moms, and dads. For God commanded, You shall love your neighbor as yourself (Matthew 22:39 WEB).

Furthermore you are your brother keeper you must not only pray for him but respond with love towards him. For god has commanded, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, (Matthew 5:44). This may seem counter intuitive but God has asked us to love those who harm us.

There is one mediator between God and men Christ Jesus. It is only by Jesus Christ's pay of sin that we can have connection with God. For God has commanded, Whoever will call on the name of the Lord (Jesus) will be saved (Romans 10:13 WEB). This must be proclaimed to your brother for it is only through the blood of Jesus Christ that he can become righteous and perform righteous acts. Furthermore we must look to him to provide the forgiveness necessary for your brothers wrongdoings.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this family to You. Lord, You see the pain, the stress, and the heartache that they are going through. We pray for this man's mother, that You would comfort her and give her Your peace that passes all understanding. We pray that You would heal her memory and give her Your strength to face each day.

Lord, we also pray for their brother. God we know that he needs your intervention in his life. We pray that You would soften his heart and turn him away from his violent and rude behavior. Help him to the grace, forgiveness, and newness of life that is to be found in your son Jesus Christ please open his eyes and save him we pray this especially. We pray the words of Psalm 29:4 over your son who needs help getting on the path from darkness to light the Lord on high is mighty, The Lord thunders. The voice of the Lord is powerful. The voice of the Lord is full of majesty. We pray his voice would thunder your brother to repentance and the life the you would have him live. Help him take the proper steps to beat the violence.

Our brothers, moms, and dad's wrongdoings are special work that only the ten commandments can reveal and only our Lords Jesus Christ's payment for sin can correct.

Finally Lord you see the stress this situation has caused. We pray you would turn the situation around for the good of those who worship you and have been called according to your joy and grace.

We ask this all in the powerful against evil name of Jesus Christ.

We're here for you and your mom, standing in faith with you. It's tough seeing her so sad and stressed, but remember, God is close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). Let's keep lifting her up to Him, asking for His comfort and healing.

Your brother's actions are hurting everyone. It's like a heavy weight on all your shoulders. But we're reminded in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 that God is the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. Let's pray for your brother too, that God would soften his heart, help him see the error of his ways, and lead him to repentance. Let's ask God to help him find peace and understanding, just as He's helping your mom.

I'm so sorry to hear of your situation with your mother and her son. Much love, compassion and empathy goes out to her.
