Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today on behalf of our dear anonymous friend who is in need of Your guidance and comfort during this difficult time. We lift up their mother, who is facing the decision of moving away from the home their father built and the support of their community. We ask for Your wisdom to be upon her, that she may make decisions that are in alignment with Your will and that will bring her peace and healing.
Lord, we understand the pain and grief that our friend is experiencing, having lost their father and now facing the potential loss of their mother's presence. We ask that You would wrap Your loving arms around them, comforting them in their sorrow and granting them the strength to navigate through this challenging season.
We pray for their brother and his wife, who are making plans to move across the country to be with their daughter and baby. Lord, we ask that You would grant them discernment and understanding, that they may consider the needs and well-being of their mother during this time of transition. Help them to approach the situation with love and compassion, seeking what is truly best for their mother's emotional and spiritual well-being.
Lord, we also lift up their mother's finances, which have been entrusted to their brother as power of attorney. We ask for fairness and transparency in the handling of these matters, that their mother's financial security and well-being would be protected.
Above all, Lord, we pray for Your peace to fill the hearts of all involved. May Your presence be felt in the midst of their grief, bringing comfort, healing, and hope. Help them to find solace in Your promises and to trust in Your perfect plan for their lives.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
