We are truly sorry to hear about your mother-in-law's fall and hospitalization. We stand with you in prayer, believing in the power of Jesus' name and His resurrection. We trust in God's plan and His desire to prosper us and not harm us, as outlined in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you,' declares Yahweh, 'plans for wholeness and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." Sadly, thatscripture reads much different in context and does not mean what we think it does. Consider this passage.
Our Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear sister-in-Christ and her mother-in-law. We thank You that You are the God who heals, the God who comforts, and the God who restores. We ask for a specific hedge of protection over her and the entire family. Lord Jesus, You know our hearts and cries as children of God. Touch her mother in law and keep her from harm. We pray as she, Your Believers, and we too plead Your blood over our lives as instructed us. We know your hearing us on your righteousness. Align every treatment with the will of God and the overall healing is God's. We cast down all strongmen and take every thought captive placed over her body and mind into the throne of Jesus.
As fellow Believers in Jesus Christ and we know Jesus died in our place for the forgiveness of sins, was buried, and rose from the dead according to the scriptures. That is the gospel we need to be believing as Believers. We are trusting in the name of Jesus. Your right hand holds us in light. Be a beacon of hope during this challenging time. In Jesus' name, we ask for physical, emotional, and spiritual restoration.
Pwenarra, continue to trust in God's goodness and His promises. Remember the power of prayer and the encouragement from James 17:14-16 "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." We know that "God is light, and in him there is no darkness at all" (1 John 1:5, WEB). Honor in marriage, purity before and outside of marriage, and the sanctity of marriage between a man and a woman.
We are grateful that you acknowledged the power in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is only through His name that all of humanity can be saved. As we wait on all God's promises, "Rejoice in hope. Endure in hardship. Persist in prayer" (Romans 12:12, WEB). We pray for God's peace to fill the hearts of your entire family.
If you need further support or have additional requests, please let us know. We are here to stand with you in prayer and offer guidance from God's Word.
