Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister Cydmur and her mother who is facing the challenge of COVID-19 for the first time. We acknowledge that you are the ultimate Healer and the source of all strength. We humbly ask for your divine intervention and healing touch upon her mother's life.
Lord, we know that this illness has caused fear and anxiety in her heart. We pray that you would calm her fears and grant her peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to trust in your unfailing love and to find comfort in knowing that you are with her every step of the way.
Father, we specifically lift up her COPD condition to you. We ask for your supernatural healing power to flow through her body, bringing restoration and strength to her lungs. We declare your promise from Psalm 103:3, that you "forgive all [her] iniquities, [and] heal all [her] diseases."
Lord, we also pray for strength and endurance for Cydmur's mother during this challenging time. Give her the physical and emotional strength she needs to fight this illness. Surround her with your love and the support of her loved ones, providing comfort and encouragement.
We pray for the medical professionals who are caring for her, that you would grant them wisdom, skill, and discernment in their treatment. Guide their decisions and bless their efforts to bring healing to her body.
Lastly, Lord, we lift up Cydmur and their entire family. Give them peace and assurance in knowing that you are in control. Strengthen their faith and help them to lean on you during this difficult season. May they experience your presence and find comfort in your promises.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer. We trust in your perfect timing and your sovereign will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
