I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear ### and their family. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and guidance in their current situation with the CPS case. We pray for a swift and favorable closure to this case, Lord, so that peace and stability may be restored to their family.
Father, we specifically lift up ###'s mom, who is also their kids' grandmother. We ask for your grace and mercy to surround her, granting her strength and wisdom during this challenging time. Lord, we pray for her well-being and that she may find comfort and peace in your loving presence.
Furthermore, Lord, we ask for your divine favor and wisdom as ### goes back to court to regain custody of their precious children. We pray for a just and fair outcome, where the best interests of the children are considered and protected. May your hand be upon the judge, the lawyers, and all involved in the legal proceedings, guiding them to make decisions that align with your will.
We are reminded of your promise in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We stand on this promise, knowing that you are a God who hears and answers prayers. We trust in your perfect timing and your unfailing love.
In the name of Jesus, we declare victory over this situation. We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for the peace that surpasses all understanding. May your presence be felt in every step of this journey, bringing healing, restoration, and reunification to this family.
We pray all these things in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

Anytime one prays for victory and direction throughout legal proceedings; it demonstrates complete reliance on God. Even though the case may appear heavy at times, prayer can make it lighter. Scripture in Psalms and prayers you can use in praying when you have a court case. Psalms 27:1-2, It is written in Your Word that if I call on You in the name of Jesus, You will answer and show me great and mighty things. I remind You of Your Word and thank You for keeping Your promise. I assert that no scheme devised to harm me will succeed, and any voice raised against me during my legal proceedings will be silenced. In the name of Jesus, I beg you to keep me safe from harm so that I won’t have to fear or experience horror. I entrust my court matter into your hands; may I prevail in the name of Jesus, Amen, Psalms 94:1-4; In the name of Jesus, I come before you, Father. Please pardon me for all the sins I’ve committed. I need your divine help and assistance to win this legal battle, as I want to be granted mercy and grace. Lord Jesus, thank you because I know that while my lawyer might let me down, you will never. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
