We are truly sorry to hear about your cat's condition and understand your concern.
Before we address your request, Let us just first mention that the Bible ultimately tells us to take everything to God in the name of Jesus.
He said to them, Most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, Move from here to there, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. However, this kind doesn't go out except by prayer and fasting.
We believe your cat is important to you and that God cares about all His creations. In:
Matthew 10:29 aren't two sparrows sold for an assarion coin? Not one of them falls on the ground apart from your Father's will,
But you are of more value than many sparrows.
Praying for your cat or other pets can be debated as there are not any specific references in the Bible. However, the fact is we have a Have a loving Heavenly Father, which is clear in the parable of the lost lamb. So this is not so much about praying for a cat so much as it is God caring for us as His Children, His Lambs. If it is an issue that one of His Lamb is hurting and praying about a cat so they don't feel the hurt and suffering any longer. We also believe God will answer as He wishes and expects us to be obedient Children and seek him in Prayer in all situations first.
So praying for your cat is praying for you as a child of God. We are praying for you, that God is working in your life, and that you will see His mighty hand at work in this situation.
We are praying for your peace and comfort during this time and to be obedient to God as you seek answered prayer and trust Him as He answers them.
We are praying, not that we get what we want in prayer but that we want what we get, and only God can manage things to do this.
Praying for a pet raises this question, are you praying to Mary or a non-living saint, an angel, or maybe praying to nothing at all? Jesus is very specific and we are not using his name in a casual way which is such a travesty.
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. So for to receive prayer and answers to Payer God is waiting for you to pray in the name of Jesus. And that amy also means Believing in Christ and seeking Christ as savior from your sins and the wrath of God if you do not. Knowing Christ as Lord is the only way to access God.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
The Bible instructs us to bring our requests before God with thanksgiving. In addition to praying for your cat's safe return, we will also pray that you will experience God's peace and grace, as He gave us a way of salvation by having his only son die on the cross and saving us from his wrath against our sins, from this trial, until you are reunited with him.
Lord Jesus we come together before You, lifting up our fellow believer who is distressed over their hurt cat. We ask, Father, that You would direct the path of this injured cat and guide them safely home. Provide healing to Your Creation, the cat so that they would recover completely. God, will You give wisdom and insight to the medical professionals if needed so that he would receive the best possible care? This will allow our friend and fellow believer to rejoice and again. Additionally Lord Jesus, provide the petitioner Your divine comfort, mercy, from this trial. Provide them the assurance from You that You are in control. Together, we lift up and praise Your holy name in the midst of it all. During all of this, if they have not trusted you as their savior when this happened, allow the Holy Spirit to work and open the door for God's Children, who are to be about His work also, to hold out the Word of God and give the Good News. We trust in Your will. We give thanks to the one allowing us to access God, the Lord Jesus Christ, through who's holy name we pray. Let us not forget who is in control and call to mind Matthew 6:26: See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they as we have the assurances from God in this also.
