Lizzymay, we understand your desire and we will pray for you, but let's first consider what the Bible says about our focus and priorities. We are reminded in 1 Peter 3:3-4 (WEB), "Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious."
While there's nothing wrong with desiring long hair, it's important to ensure our hearts are focused on inner beauty and a relationship with Jesus Christ. If your heart is right with God, He will certainly care for your needs and desires.

"Dear Lord, we come before You lifting up Lizzymay. We ask that You help her to grow in her relationship with You, that her inner beauty may shine brighter each day. Lord, if it is Your will, we also ask that You bless her with the desire of her heart concerning her hair. Help her to trust in You and Your plan for her life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
