We are truly saddened to hear about the struggle your grandson Jordan is facing, but we are encouraged by your steadfast love and concern for him. Let us come together in prayer and petition to our Lord Jesus Christ, who is the only one who can deliver and bring peace.
Firstly let us pray, Let us pray,
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Jordan to Your throne of grace. Lord, we plead Your blood over his life and pray that You would deliver him from the bondage of marijuana and any other drugs. Give him the strength to resist the temptations that come his way, and help him to make wise decisions that honor You.
Father, we ask that You would remove any negative influences from Jordan's life. Surround him with godly friends and mentors who will encourage him to live a life pleasing to You. Order his steps according to Your will, and give him the discernment to follow Your path.
We pray that Jordan would find true peace in You alone. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, and help him to understand the depth of Your love for him. Draw him close to You, and give him a heart that desires to serve and follow You all the days of his life.
Lord, we also pray for Anonymous, that You would give them the wisdom and grace to support Jordan in this time. Help them to be a light that points Jordan to You.
We ask all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, who is the only name that we can be saved, the only name by which we must pray to reach God the Father. Amen.
In support of Jordan, let us encourage him in Ephesians 5:8 WEB, which says, For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light. And let us encourage him to understand that he is no longer in darkness but need to understand that he is a child of the light as it states in Ephesians 5:8 WEB.
Lastly, we want to remind you that God is faithful and that He cares for Jordan even more than you do. Trust in the Lord's timing and rest in the knowledge that He is working all things together for good, even when we cannot see it. God will answer our prayer according to his will and timing. Remember that we do not have access to God without the name of Jesus Christ as it states in John 14:6 WEB. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Also, remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved as it states in Acts 4:12 WEB. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
