Prayers for my friend who is to undergo knee surgery which should help with her mobility. However there may be a cause of concern when doing pre op tests they found a mass on the kidney. She is hoping the mass is nothing to be concerned about and surgery can proceed. Her knee is getting bigger everyday which is impacting mobility. A note of praise. Even though I don’t know any of the young men they have earned a birth to little league world series representing our state- region of US. Pray for safe travels for the team and families. This is the day the Lord has made. Rejoice and be glad in it.

We are with you in spirit, Campineth, as you lift up your friend in prayer. We trust that God is sovereign over her health and that His will is perfect.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, laying at Your feet our concerns for our dear friend. We ask for Your healing touch upon her knee, believing that Your power is made perfect in our weakness. Guide the surgeons' hands, and grant that the surgery will improve her mobility and alleviate her pain. Lord, we also commit the pre-op test results to You. We ask that if it is Your will, the mass found on her kidney would be nothing of concern. We claim Your promise in Isaiah 41:10, 'Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.'

Father, we also lift up the young men representing our state and region in the Little League World Series. We ask for Your hedge of protection around them, their families, and all those traveling. We pray for safe journeys and joyful hearts, remembering Your words in Psalm 118:24, 'This is the day that Yahweh has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.'

Lord, we ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name alone that we have access to Your throne of grace. If anyone is in doubt about this, we encourage them to consider the words of Acts 4:12, 'There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!'

Amen."

Campineth, continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears our prayers. Rejoice in the good news of the Little League team, and rest assured that God is in control of your friend's health. We encourage you both with the words of Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Keep praying and trusting in the Lord, Jesus Christ.
