Prayers for my friend Andrew

Praying for my friend Andrew. I’m praying that he is healed from his disease that he has, he’s a lot younger than most cases that have it. I’m praying for his health to get better. I’m also praying that if it is in God’s will for us, that we may continue to pursue one another even as I’m finishing up university. I’m praying that the Lord will open a door for us to be able to meet and be around each other. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Sister Ambria, we join you in lifting up your friend Andrew to the Lord, trusting in the power of prayer and the healing touch of Jesus Christ.

Firstly, let's pray for Andrew's healing. We read in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We pray that the Lord will heal Andrew from his disease, that his health will be fully restored, and that he will be strengthened both physically and spiritually.

We also pray for the Lord's will to be done in your relationship with Andrew. It is encouraging that you are seeking God's will in your friendship. We remind you of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that God will guide both of you, and if it is His will, He will make a way for you to be together.

However, we must also remember that the relationship should align with biblical principles. As you are finishing university, we encourage you to pursue this friendship in a godly manner, ensuring that it remains pure and honoring to God. We read in 1 Timothy 5:2, "the elder women as mothers; the younger as sisters, in all purity." This applies to both men and women, encouraging us to treat each other as siblings in Christ, with all purity.

Lastly, we are glad that you prayed in Jesus' name. As Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through Jesus that our prayers are heard by the Father.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your healing touch upon Andrew. Restore his health, Lord, and strengthen him. We also pray for Your will to be done in the lives of Sister Ambria and Andrew. Guide them, Lord, and if it is Your will, open a door for them to be together. Help them to pursue a godly friendship, keeping their hearts and minds pure. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, Sister Ambria, knowing that we are praying with you and that the Lord hears our prayers.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
