Concerning your mental health, God cares deeply for our well-being. In Psalm 34:18 WEB: "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." It's also important to seek professional help if needed, as God often uses medical professionals to bring healing.
However, we noticed that your request did not mention Jesus Christ. It's essential to remember that it's through Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
