My family is dealing with a fraudster trying to steal my mother's home Guadalupe R Acosta the county that's dealing with our case has yet to assign a detective and enough time has passed for the deed to transfer it is going to take effort and time to get it back as well my brother is mentally ill Robert R Acosta it's currently walking the countryside in a heat wave, asking prayers for brother and my mother to keep my brother safe the people that would take advantage of him and possibly harming him as well for this fraudster crimes to come to light that a judge reverses this.

Firstly, let's address the issue concerning your mother's home. It is clear that deceit and fraud are at play, and we should remember the words of the Lord in Psalm 5:6 (WEB), "You shall destroy them who speak lies. Yahweh abhors the bloodthirsty and deceitful man." Let us pray that the truth comes to light and that justice is served, as mentioned in Proverbs 21:15 (WEB), "It is joy to the righteous to do justice; but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity."

**Prayer:**
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Rem's family to you, Lord. We ask that you expose the fraud that they are facing and bring it to light. Guide the authorities and assign a righteous detective to their case. Reverse the deceitful transaction and restore their home, in Jesus' name.*

Regarding your brother, Robert, who is struggling with mental illness and is currently in a vulnerable situation, we should remember how the Lord cares for the least of us, as mentioned in Matthew 25:40 (WEB), "Inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me."

**Prayer:**
*Lord Jesus, we bring Robert before your throne of grace. Watch over him as he walks through the countryside. Keep him safe from those who would take advantage of him or seek to harm him. Provide him with shelter and guide him to people who can help and support him. Comfort his mind and heal his thoughts, Lord. In your name, we pray.*

Rem, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God, as told in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to fix your thoughts on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2, WEB).

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
