We understand your concerns and are here to pray with you and offer biblical encouragement. First, let's address the situation with the deceitful landlord. In Psalm 37:5 WEB it says "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this:", This is a reminder that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our living situations. Additionally, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB tells us to "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that your daughter and her family will trust God in this difficult situation and that He will make their paths straight.
Let's pray together:
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, IJN, we come before You, lifting up Tywreth's daughter and her family. Lord, You see the injustice they are facing with their landlord. We ask that You intervene and bring resolution to this situation. Provide them with a safe and stable home, and guide them to wisdom and discernment in dealing with this deceitful person.
Concerning the health of the 9-month-old, we stand on the promise in Matthew 18:19-20, that Jesus told us "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." Matthew 7:7 WEB we are also to continue to ask, seek and knock. Therefore we are praying in Jesus name together about this.
Father, we ask for Your healing touch on this child. We do believe that although Jesus did not mention specifically a promise to heal every time we pray about this we are to continue in faith that we believe that God cares about this child and is working in this situation for the good of those that love Him. We pray for wisdom for the parents and doctors caring for the child, and for a complete restoration of health. We pray that if they have not already done so, the family will wholeheartedly pray to Jesus Christ, Jeus, Christ, or IJN on this subject and seek God's power for healing.
As they may be in need at this time, let's consider the lilies of the field in Matthew 6:31-33, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ 32 For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.". We may be angry and afraid, however, we can rest assured that God knows they are in need of food, drink, clothing and a place to live. We pray that they will not be anxious but submit this problem to God.
We also want to encourage you, as a loving parent, to cast all your anxiety on Him who cares, in Peter 5:7. God sees your concern for your daughter and grandchildren, and He cares for them even more than you do. Trust in Him and rest on the promises of God and His Holy Bible. Remember our rich history in Joshua 23:14; "Behold, today I am going the way of all the earth. You know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one thing has failed of all the good things which Yahweh your God spoke concerning you. All have happened to you. Not one thing has failed of them." The children of God have a rich history where God has not failed anyone that has waited on him. Remembering these things brings the peace that passes all understanding.
Let's be sure to look at your prayer request and mention that you did not mention Jesus, Jesus Christ, Christ, IJN or other name of our Lord. If you have believed on Jesus then it is Jesus that has made it possible for us to pray to God and receive answers in Jesus name. If you did not believe this then we have call to do so. In Acts 4:12 WEB it says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Since this is foundational to praying and other things please model our pray, above, where we close the prayer, and pray this in Jesus Name.
Lord, please give Tywreth and their family peace about praying in Jesus Name. Help them understand, if they do not already, the importance of Jesus' name and power in running our lives. We pray this in Jesus' name, amen.
