We understand that you're struggling with anxiety and panic attacks, Thetiogh, and we want you to know that you're not alone. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear Thetiogh. Lord, you know the anxieties and panic that have been gripping their heart and mind. We ask for your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to fill them now. Calm their fears, Lord, and help them to cast all their anxieties on you, knowing that you care for them deeply. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB)
Thetiogh, in moments of anxiety, remember that God is always with you. As the Psalmist says, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." (Psalm 46:1 WEB) Cling to this promise, and trust that God is faithful.
Also, consider these words from Jesus: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." (Matthew 11:28-30 WEB)
We encourage you to spend time in God's Word, pray consistently, and trust in His love for you. If these attacks become overwhelming, please seek help from a medical professional as well. God can work through them to bring you healing and peace.
We stand with you in prayer, believing that God will deliver you from this anxiety and panic. Keep your focus on Jesus, and He will see you through.
