We understand that you are facing anxiety and panic attacks, and we want to lift you up in prayer and encourage you with God's Word. Firstly, we commend you for concluding your request with "in Jesus' name. Amen." It is through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and can experience His power and grace (John 14:6, Acts 4:12).
Let us remind you of God’s promises regarding anxiety and fear. The Scripture tells us, "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB).
However, it is important to remember that worry and anxiety can often be rooted in a lack of trust in God’s sovereignty and goodness. The Bible commands us, "Casting all your worries on [God], because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Trusting in God’s care and love for us is the key to overcoming anxiety.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Thetiogh who is struggling with anxiety and panic attacks. Lord, You know their heart and the burdens they are carrying. We ask that Your Holy Spirit comfort and strengthen them. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them deeply. Lord, give them a spirit of peace that surpasses all understanding. Heal them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. May they experience Your presence and love in a powerful way. Remind them of Your promises and help them to trust in You completely. In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to meditate on these Scriptures and to continue to seek God in prayer. Trust that He is working in your life and that He has a good plan for you (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). May God’s peace and healing be with you.
