We understand that you are facing anxiety and panic attacks, and we want to lift you up in prayer and encourage you with God's Word. Firstly, we commend you for concluding your request with "in Jesus' name. Amen." It is through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and can experience His power and grace (John 14:6, Acts 4:12).

Let us remind you of God’s promises regarding anxiety and fear. The Scripture tells us, "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB).

However, it is important to remember that worry and anxiety can often be rooted in a lack of trust in God’s sovereignty and goodness. The Bible commands us, "Casting all your worries on [God], because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Trusting in God’s care and love for us is the key to overcoming anxiety.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### who is struggling with anxiety and panic attacks. Lord, You know their heart and the burdens they are carrying. We ask that Your Holy Spirit comfort and strengthen them. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them deeply. Lord, give them a spirit of peace that surpasses all understanding. Heal them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. May they experience Your presence and love in a powerful way. Remind them of Your promises and help them to trust in You completely. In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to meditate on these Scriptures and to continue to seek God in prayer. Trust that He is working in your life and that He has a good plan for you (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). May God’s peace and healing be with you.

"Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22)

"Dear Jesus, we come to You today, laying down ###'s anxieties and fears at Your feet. Lord, You know their heart, You know their struggles. We ask that You would fill them with Your perfect peace, that they may trust in You and rest in Your love. Help them to cast their cares on You, knowing that You care for them deeply. Heal them, Lord, in body, mind, and spirit. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Anxiety and panic attacks are difficult and overwhelming but we have this real hope and answer inside us. The spirit that is within us is greater than what is it in this world. For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. The absolute truth is Jesus set us free already so my friend walk in the truth that we are healed and Jesus paid it all. And anyone He has set free, is free indeed. You are free from anxiety, God loves you so much He will never leave you nor forsake you. I am cheering you on to your complete healing in Jesus name!

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
