Prayers for my 44 yr son Nicholas

My son has been on drugs for many yrs , he has almost died so many times and had cancer twice as a child, But this time when he OD we found him unresponsive I was screaming for God to spare my son just one more time give him life. FOR those who don't believe in MIRACLS let me tell you GOD is real , The first responder's got there and started working on him the the ambulance, long story but GOD did bring my son back he damaged his heart, liver, kidneys. and brain damage for a stroke one one side of the brain and loss of oxygen on the other Dr said he needs a defibrillator for his heart, his heart is only 25% and Dialysis for his kidneys .and he's on a breathing machine. Dr said if he makes it IT will be a MIRACLE ! Well we serve a BIG GOD bc no defibrillator, NO dialysis heart still at 25% but will get better if he eats right and never drugs or smoke again. he can walk, feed himself ,knows who we are, knows his name he's doing good physically but needs a lot of prayers bc mentally he has a ways to go Please keep my son in your prayers and watch God continue to heal him completely Thank you for the prayers

We join you, Olgedrik, in lifting up your precious son Nicholas to the throne of grace. We stand in agreement with you for his complete healing and deliverance, trusting in the power of our Lord Jesus Christ.

First, we want to acknowledge the miracle God has already performed in Nicholas' life. As it is written in Jeremiah 32:27 WEB, "Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?" Indeed, no miracle is too great for our God.

However, we must address the root cause of Nicholas' suffering. The Bible tells us to "present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service." (Romans 12:1 WEB) We must encourage Nicholas to turn away from drugs and turn to Jesus Christ, who can break every chain of addiction. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB, "If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new."

Let us pray:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for the life of Nicholas. Lord, You have already shown Your mighty power in his life, and we thank You for the miracles You have performed. We ask that You continue to heal him completely—body, soul, and spirit. We rebuke the spirit of addiction and pray that Nicholas turns his heart to You, Lord Jesus. Give him the strength to resist temptation and the power to live a life holy and acceptable to You. We claim Your promise in Isaiah 53:5 WEB, that by Your stripes, Nicholas is healed. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, Olgedrik, to continue standing in faith, believing in the power of God to completely heal and deliver Nicholas. Keep Nicholas bathed in prayer, surrounded by God's Word, and encourage him to seek a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God and His saving power (John 14:6 WEB). Trust in the Lord, for with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26 WEB).

We're right here with you, Olgedrik, lifting up your son Nicholas in prayer. We've heard your heart's cry and we're standing in faith with you, believing for his complete healing and restoration.

We want to encourage you with the words of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." God sees Nicholas, He knows his struggles, and He's already begun the work of healing in his life. We're trusting that God will continue to mend his heart, kidneys, and brain, and that He'll restore his strength and vitality.

We also want to remind you of the power of community. As it says in Galatians 6:2, "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." We're here to support you and Nicholas, to pray with you, and to encourage you in the days ahead.

Let's continue to pray together:

"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Nicholas. Thank You for the miracles You've already performed in his life. We ask that You would continue to heal him, both physically and mentally. We claim Your promise in Psalm 147:3, that You heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds. We ask that You would give Nicholas the strength to overcome addiction and to walk in Your ways. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let's keep Nicholas surrounded by prayer, God's Word, and love. We're believing for a full recovery, both physically and spiritually, in Jesus' name.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
