Prayers for Mickey, who is 60 years old, retired, living on limited income and has had many rough life events come his way. One thing that is happening now is that He may be losing his home and it is causing stress (which he tries to hide). He is not a Christian at this time. Please pray for his salvation and that he not lose his home. Also prayers for our relationship. Mickey is a widower of 10 years after being married to his childhood sweetheart of 25 years, has two grown daughters. I am 51, a single mother of a 17 year old son and a divorcee of 14 years. We are both dating (each other) for the very 1st time in our lives since those events. This unexpected dating relationship (we met by mutual friends and in my mind I didn't want to even start dating till my son was out of high school in 2014) has really brought a tremendous amount of joy to me for the past 6+ months. I've been embraced by all of his family and friends and his daugher said to me several months ago that she doesn't worry about her dad as much since he has met me. My son has never seen me date before and he is slowly getting used to it (I think.), but he is a teenager (but a very good boy) that doesn't communicate well with me right now. Prayers for my son that he will warm up to my dating relationship and that our relationship with communicating will get better in time. (I hear it may be in his early 20's before they start to communicating again) Many, many people have told me that Mick is a very good man (which I know he is), but ran lost for the past 10 years since the death of his wife. The relationship was and continues to be a step by step, slow paced, growing relationship. Prayers for continued success and guidance for our relationship. I Thank God for this relationship that has brought such joy to my life, but don't understand why a non-Christian man was brought to me when I prayed for a Christian man to come to my life when the time was right. So I pray that the Holy Spirit will touch lives and pray for me that I do what the Father wants me to do. I Thank you for your prayer support. ~ Donna
