Jennifer, we are here with you and Stephen, interceding for your mental health and your marriage. We stand on the promises of God, who tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, For God hasn't given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.
In the original design of creation before the fall of man, mental clarity, exceptional abilities to focus, and a marriage filled with love, and self-control were the norm. Jesus, however, came to restore us to our original relationship with God and to save us from our sins.
Firstly, we thank God that you acknowledged the power in the name of Jesus, for it is written in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved.
We come against the spirits of dissociation, confusion, and lack of focus, rebuking them in the mighty name of Jesus. We pray for a sound mind for both of you, and we ask God to heal your minds and help you to focus. As it is written in Philippians 4:8, Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things.
We pray for your marriage, that God will strengthen your bond and fill you both with love, patience, and understanding. We ask God to help you support each other in this journey towards mental clarity and healing. As it is written in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn't have another to lift him up.
Remember, God's will is to see you both healthy and thriving. Trust in Him, and He will see you through. Stand firm in your faith, and do not give the enemy a foothold. As it is written in James 4:7, Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Together, we pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up Jennifer and Stephen. We ask for Your healing touch on their minds. Restore their mental clarity, and help them to focus. Strengthen their marriage, and fill them with Your love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
