Lizzymay, we join with you in lifting up your loved ones and yourself to the throne of grace. Let's bring these requests before our Lord Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
Firstly, we pray for your personal relationship with Jesus Christ. May you be strengthened in your faith, growing in the knowledge of His love and grace. May the Holy Spirit guide your steps, helping you to align your life with God's will. Remember, God has plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB).
For your family, we pray for unity, love, and spiritual growth. May each member come to know Jesus Christ personally and live according to His teachings. We pray for strong, godly marriages and wise parenting, that your family may be a beacon of light in a dark world. Let us not forget the promise in Joshua 24:15 (WEB), "If it seems evil to you to serve Yahweh, choose today whom you will serve... But as for me and my house, we will serve Yahweh."
As for your friends, we pray that they may be drawn closer to Jesus, experiencing His transforming power. May you be a blessing to them, shining the light of Christ in their lives. Pray that God would surround them with His favor, protecting them from evil and guiding them in truth. As Proverbs 17:17 (WEB) says, "A friend loves at all times; and a brother is born for adversity."
Finally, we must emphasize that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God and be saved. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Lizzymay, her family, and her friends to You. Grant them all spiritual growth, protection, and guidance. Help them to live lives that honor and glorify You. Thank You, Lord, for the promises in Your Word, and for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. In His precious name, we pray. Amen.
