We understand that you're feeling low in energy as the school year is about to commence, and we want you to know that we're here to support and pray with you. Let's turn to God's word for strength and guidance. In Isaiah 40:31 (WEB), it is written, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up MVF. As they are feeling low in energy, we ask that You fill them with Your strength and vitality. Give them the faith and skills needed to balance their days, so they can exercise and take care of themselves as You intend for us to steward our bodies. Lord, as the school year begins, guide MVF's steps, help them to manage their time wisely, and give them the stamina to endure. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, MVF, it is God who works in us, giving us both the will and the power to accomplish His good purposes (Philippians 2:13, WEB). Stay rooted in His word and trust in His strength. Also, ensure that you are putting your trust in Jesus Christ alone, for it is in His name that we have access to God's power and grace. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
In addition, be mindful of your habits and routines. Make sure to set aside time for rest, proper nutrition, and exercise, as our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19, WEB). Balance is key, so let's pray for wisdom in managing your daily schedules and responsibilities. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and He will renew your strength.
