Prayers for Matthew

[Hope in Jesus]

I'm asking for continued prayers for my son Matthew, he has had a yeast infection that we were unaware of for months because he never told us, then started getting severe ocd symptoms to the point of not hardly able to sleep, or eat. he told me he not sure how many days he has left to function. I finally convinced him to go to the doctor and he was given an antibiotic yesterday, I'm praying that it will cure not only the infection but also the mental ocd, I'm not sure if they are tied together or not. He also right before all this happened prayed to god to be broken, and almost immediately all this stuff started happening to him. He literally carries and reads his bible or watches sermons online , every waking moment of the day, now he still carries his Bible everywhere, but he wont open it and read it because of the ocd. He loves god with everything he has, so i just dont understand why god is allowing this to happen to someone who loves him so very much. last month has been so hard on me, I feel like I'm shattered inside, it's so hard to watch, I cry so much everyday, I feel like my heart is broken. Please, pray for his complete healing mentally and physically, please. Thank you

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Boardred's son Matthew to you. We thank you for the opportunity to bring this prayer request before your throne of grace. Lord, we ask for your continued healing and restoration for Matthew, both mentally and physically.

We pray that the antibiotic prescribed to him will not only cure the yeast infection but also alleviate the severe OCD symptoms he is experiencing. We know that you are the ultimate healer, and we trust in your power to bring complete healing to Matthew's body and mind.

Lord, we acknowledge that you are a loving and compassionate God, and we may not always understand why certain trials come upon us. We pray for comfort and strength for Boardred during this difficult time. May your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus .

We lift up Matthew's deep love for you, Lord. We ask that you would strengthen his faith and grant him the ability to overcome the challenges he is facing. Help him to find solace in your Word and the sermons he listens to, even amidst the struggles of OCD. Remind him of your unfailing love and faithfulness.

Father, we pray for a miraculous breakthrough in Matthew's life. May he experience your healing touch, both physically and mentally. We declare your promises of restoration and wholeness over him, for you are the God who makes all things new .
