We are grateful for the opportunity to stand in agreement with you, Crachithor, as we lift up your friend Lorrie and your unspoken requests before the throne of grace.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of the Lord Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB). It's encouraging to see your faith in His ability to make a way where there seems to be no way.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Lorrie. We ask that You would be her guide and provide her with the wisdom and direction she needs in this season of unemployment. We pray that she would be receptive to Your voice and obedient to Your lead. Lord, we ask that You would open the right doors for her and provide a job that not only meets her needs but also allows her to glorify Your name.
We also stand in agreement with Crachithor for the unspoken requests, including healing from a health challenge. Lord, we know that You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. We claim Your healing power over Crachithor's life, believing that by Your stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5, WEB).
Lord, we also pray for Crachithor and Lorrie's relationships. May they honor You in all their interactions, fleeing from all appearances of evil (1 Thessalonians 5:22, WEB), and seeking to glorify You in any courtship they might enter, with the goal of a godly marriage.
In all these things, Lord, we ask that Your will be done, and that You would be glorified. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Crachithor, continue to trust in the Lord and encourage Lorrie to do the same. Remember, the Lord's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9, WEB). He is working, even when we cannot see it.
Lastly, we want to remind you both to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Keep your minds on whatever is true, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, or praiseworthy (Philippians 4:8, WEB), and the peace of God will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
