Heavenly Father, we come to you in Jesus' Name to ask for your help and guidance for Lonnie. We pray that he will come to know Jesus and learn what it means to be a man and a father in your eyes. We pray that he will be filled with your love and grace and that you will show him the path to righteousness. We pray that he will be surrounded by people who will encourage him and help him to grow in his faith. We ask that you will give him the strength and courage to make the right decisions and to live a life that is pleasing to you. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
