We are truly saddened to hear about the challenges you are facing, both legally and in your marriage. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, let's address the legal issues. We are reminded in Romans 13:1 WEB: let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God.We pray that God will guide and direct the legal proceedings, that those in authority will act with wisdom and justice, and that the outcome will be peaceful and fair.
Now, regarding the divorce filing, we must stand firm on biblical principles. God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. As it is written in Mark 10:9 WEB: What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.Divorce is not God's intention, and we must take this seriously.
However, we also recognize that both husband and wife have a role to play in maintaining a godly marriage. As it is written in Ephesians 5:25 WEB: Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it. This is a high calling for husbands, to love their wives as Christ loved the church. And for wives, in Ephesians 5:22 WEB: Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord.
We pray that God will soften your husband's heart and turn it towards you. We pray for reconciliation and restoration of your marriage. We pray that both of you will be drawn closer to God and to each other during this challenging time.
But we must also remind you that God hates divorce, as it is written in Malachi 2:16 WEB: For I hate divorce, says Yahweh, the God of Israel. We encourage you to seek godly counsel and support during this time. Seek out a pastor, a trusted Christian mentor, or a biblical counselor to walk alongside you.
Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12 WEB: There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!

Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in her legal issues, that they may be resolved peacefully and justly. We also pray for her marriage, Lord. We ask that you soften her husband's heart and draw them both closer to you and to each other. We pray for reconciliation and restoration, Lord. We ask this all in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
