Dear Brothers and sisters in Christ,
My dad is the Executive Director & CEO of an organisation and next in line to be the Managing Director. I have been part of the same organisation as an HR Manager.
On 28th December 2020, there was a board meeting during which I stated that Company has not been in accordance with the law in settling end of service gratuities and Overtime. The existing Managing Director tenure ends on Feb 2022 and he also happens to be the previous owner on board. The current owners are a Japanese MNC.
The Managing Director raised his voice at me and called me a liar and that I never informed him that company was not in compliance to the law. I told him that several times he was informed on non compliance and I have proof which shows contrary to his statement. However, he raised his voice and so did I. Later, I apologised three times to him in the board meeting that I should not have raised my voice. However he terminated my services stating that I have assaulted him. Now he has started targeting my dad who is the CEO and wants to throw him out as well. My dad has served this organisation for 32 years and has always stood for the truth and for the right of all employees.
Please pray to the Lord that he may give us justice as owners of the Organisation are coming for an urgent meeting on 17th and 18th Jan. I pray that truth shall prevail and justice should be done for so many employees who have lost thier rightful dues.
