Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you with a prayer request for John in Florida. We thank you for the progress he has made, being able to get up and use a walker. We praise you for this improvement in his physical condition. However, we also acknowledge that he is still experiencing anger and agitation. We ask for your divine intervention, Lord, to bring peace and calmness to his heart and mind. Touch him with your healing power, both physically and emotionally.
As John prepares to go to a rehab facility, we pray that you guide his steps and surround him with a supportive and nurturing environment. May he find comfort and encouragement in the staff and fellow residents. Grant him the strength and determination to fully engage in his rehabilitation process, so that he may regain his strength and mobility. We pray that his time in the facility will be fruitful and beneficial, leading him closer to the day when he can return home.
We also lift up John's wife, Pat, to you, Lord. Strengthen her during this challenging time. Grant her patience, wisdom, and endurance as she supports and cares for her husband. Fill her with your peace and comfort, knowing that you are with her every step of the way.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness in answering them. May your will be done in John's life, and may your name be glorified through his journey of healing and recovery. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
