We are truly sorry to hear about your husband's illness, Flora. We will stand with you in prayer and belief that God can bring healing and restoration. We are also concerned that the name of Jesus was only used once. Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Firstly, we would like to encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart. Remember that God is faithful and that His will is for your husband to be in good health. Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Flora's husband to you. You know him by name and every detail of his life is open to you. Lord, you see his suffering and you hear our prayers. We stand against any sickness that is attacking his body and we command it to leave in Jesus' name. We ask for your healing touch to be upon him, restoring his health and strength.
We also pray for Flora, Lord. We ask that you fill her with your peace, casting out all worry and fear. Help her to trust in you and your goodness, even in this difficult time.
Lord, we also ask that you guide Flora and her husband to the right medical professionals and treatments if they become needed. Give them wisdom and discernment as they care for his health.
And most importantly, we are thankful for your love and care for us. We want to use this as an opportunity to turn to you and grow closer to you. It is in Jesus name and by His blood that we can approach you and ask anything according to your will.
Finally, Lord, we ask that you use this trial to draw Flora and her husband closer to you and to each other. Strengthen their marriage and their faith through this time of illness.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Flora, remember that God is with you and your husband during this time. Do not worry but trust in God. As it says in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB:
"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Also, remember that the prayer of faith is powerful and effective. Keep trusting, keep believing, and keep praying. As it says in James 5:15 WEB:
"The prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Stand strong in your faith, Flora. We are praying for you and your husband. We also remind you that forgiving any sins that may be hindering God's healing touch. God bless you both.
