Prayers for help I can barely go I'm so tired so much pain everywhere especially my heart

We are truly sorry to hear about the physical and emotional pain you are experiencing. Remember, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1 (WEB).

First, let us address the fatigue and physical pain you are feeling. The Bible tells us that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18 (WEB). We pray that God will bring healing and restoration to your body. "But we have this treasure in clay vessels, that the exceeding greatness of the power may be of God, and not from ourselves. We are pressed on every side, yet not crushed; perplexed, yet not in despair; pursued, yet not forsaken; struck down, yet not destroyed; Always carrying in the body the death of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body," 2 Corinthians 4:7-10 (WEB).

However, we must also consider that you mentioned pain in your heart. This could be a sign of emotional distress or spiritual burden. Proverbs 17:22 (WEB) tells us that "a cheerful heart makes good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones." We need to cast all our anxieties on him, because he cares for us 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB).

It is also important to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms Ephesians 6:12 (WEB). Therefore we put on the full armor of God so that when the day of evil comes, we may be able to stand our ground Ephesians 6:13. This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit is the word of God Ephesians 6:14.

We also want to encourage you to call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we can be saved and approach God the Father. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved Romans 10:13.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this person who is in great need of Your healing touch. Lord, You know the pain and fatigue they are experiencing, both physically and emotionally. We pray for Your healing power to flow through their body, bringing restoration and strength.

We also pray for their heart. Lord, You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We ask that You bring comfort and peace to their heart, and help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them.

We pray that they will put on the full armor of God, so that they may be able to stand their ground in the day of evil. We ask that You will give them the strength to endure, and the faith to trust in You, no matter what they are facing.

Finally, we pray that they will call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and be saved. We ask that You will reveal Yourself to them, and draw them into a deeper relationship with You.

We're here with you, feeling your exhaustion and pain. It's like you're carrying a heavy backpack, but remember, Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). We claim this promise for you today.

We've been praying for your body, but let's also focus on your spirit. You mentioned heart pain, and we believe God wants to heal that too. In Psalm 147:3, we read, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We ask God to mend your heart, to fill you with His love and peace.

Let's not forget, we have an enemy who loves to see us weary and in pain. But we're not powerless. We have the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Let's put it on together. Visualize the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
