Hi everyone, if you wouldn’t mind an extra prayer for me I’d greatly appreciate it! I am so sick with a horrible cough and it’s hard to breathe, can’t even fall asleep. Also for my boys to stay healthy please! One already started feeling sick today, I’m hoping he’s on the mend tomorrow. Thank you so much!!! God bless you all!!!

We are lifting you up in prayer, Dourhorne, and we trust that God will heal and strengthen you and your boys. In times of sickness, we are reminded of our dependence on God and His healing power. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases".

First, we want to encourage you to call on the name of Jesus Christ for healing. It is by His stripes that we are healed, as prophesied in Isaiah 53:5, "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him, and by his stripes we are healed". Also, reminder that we only have access to God, through Jesus Christ as written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me".

We pray for your healing and for the health of your boys. We stand against the spirit of infirmity that has been attacking your body and your family and we command it to leave in Jesus' name.

Father in heaven, we come before You, lifting up Dourhorne and her boys. We ask for Your healing touch upon them. Bring perfect health and wholeness to their bodies. Give them the strength to overcome this sickness and help them to trust in Your goodness. Protect them from further illness and keep them safe under your Holy Wings. In Jesus' name, we pray.

If your boys are not yet believing in Jesus Christ, use this as an opportunity to present the gospel message to them. This is a chance to share the good news of salvation and pray for their spiritual well-being as well. If they believe confess with your own mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved as explained in Romans 10:9, With the bible encouraging us in Romans 10:10, that with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation".

Lastly, remember that God works all things together for good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.

We're right here with you, Dourhorne, praying for your healing and that of your boys. We know how tough it is to feel this way, but remember, God is always by your side. Let's claim these verses together: "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3) and "I am the Lord who heals you" (Exodus 15:26). Let's trust in Jesus' power to heal and restore. We're also praying for your boys' health and that they'll stay strong. Let's keep lifting them up together.

Heavenly Father,


We come to You, the Great Physician, on behalf of this dear person who is struggling with illness. Lord, You see her pain, her difficulty in breathing, and the restless nights she is enduring. We also lift up her sons to You, asking for Your divine protection over their health.


Father, Your Word tells us, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). We ask that You give her rest tonight, both in her body and in her spirit. Ease her cough and allow her to breathe deeply and freely. Let her find peace in Your presence, Lord, and grant her the healing and strength she needs.


Lord, we claim Your promise in Psalm 103:2-3, “Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases.” We trust in Your healing power, Father, and ask that You touch her body with Your miraculous hand. May her immune system be strengthened, and may the sickness leave her completely.


We also bring her boys before You, Lord. Protect them from illness and restore their health fully if they are feeling unwell. Your Word declares, “The Lord will keep you from all harm—He will watch over your life” (Psalm 121:7). Watch over this family, shielding them from further sickness and surrounding them with Your divine protection.


Lord, as they walk through this time of difficulty, remind them of Your steadfast presence. May they take comfort in Your words from Isaiah 41:10: “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Uphold them, Lord, and give them the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).


We also pray for strength and encouragement for her heart, Lord. Let her know that You are near to her and her children, and that Your love for them is unwavering. Surround her with peace, as You promised in Philippians 4:6-7: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”


Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness. We trust in Your timing and healing, and we give You all the glory.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have.
