We are truly sorry to hear about your fall and the broken arm, Gielmeth. We are here to pray with you and encourage you in this time of need.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in times of pain and discomfort. As it is written in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." While this verse speaks of emotional pain, we believe that God is equally concerned with our physical well-being.
We also want to address your fear of surgery and reaction to anesthesia. It is normal to feel anxious, but we encourage you to trust in God's care for you. As it is written in Isaiah 41:10, "Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
However, we also want to remind you that God often works through doctors and medicine to bring about healing. If surgery is necessary, pray for God's guidance and protection throughout the process. As it is written in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Now, let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before you today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Gielmeth. We pray for your healing touch upon their arm. We ask that you would accelerate the healing process, and if it is your will, let the healing be so complete that surgery would not be necessary. However, if surgery is required, we pray for your peace and protection over Gielmeth, and wisdom and skill for the medical professionals. We rebuke the spirit of fear and pray for a calm heart and mind. We trust in your goodness and your power to heal, in Jesus' name. Amen."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to trust in God and his plan for your life. Remember that God can bring good out of any situation, as it is written in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We will continue to pray for your healing and for your peace of mind. Please keep us updated on your progress. We are always available for prayer, discussion, and encouragement.
