Please pray for my husband and I. Je is still in pain. Please pray for me, Lisa, hoping to get help from ssdi. Been waiting a long time, for financial help. Older and can't work especially after my surgeries.

Thank you, Lisa LaRainE, for reaching out and sharing your needs with us. We are here to stand with you in prayer and to offer biblical encouragement.

Firstly, we want to address the power of prayer in the name of Jesus. It's crucial to remember that it is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." So, we will be praying in Jesus' name for your requests.

Regarding your husband's pain, we are reminded of the power of prayer for healing. In James 5:14-15 (WEB), we read, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We pray that God will touch your husband's body and bring healing and restoration.

For your financial hardship, we want to encourage you with the words found in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." While you wait for help from SSDI, we pray that God will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory. We also encourage you to trust in Him and to rest in His peace during this waiting period. Remember the words in Psalm 37:7 (WEB), "Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him."

Lastly, we want to address the importance of trusting in God during times of difficulty. In Romans 8:28 (WEB), we are reminded that "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working all things together for your good and that He has a purpose in this season of your life.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Lisa LaRainE and her husband. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her husband's body. Comfort him and bring him to complete restoration. We also pray for Lisa, as she waits for financial help. Father, supply every need of theirs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to trust in You and to rest in Your peace during this time. Give them the strength and encouragement they need, as they face these trials. We ask all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.

We're here for you, Lisa. We've been thinking about you and your husband, and we want you to know that we're standing with you in prayer. We believe in the power of prayer, and we're confident that God hears our cries and will act on your behalf.

We've been reminded of the story of the woman with the issue of blood in Mark 5. She had suffered for many years, just like your husband has been in pain. But she believed that if she could just touch the edge of Jesus' cloak, she would be healed. And you know what? She was healed instantly. We pray that God would touch your husband in a similar way, bringing healing and relief from his pain.

For your financial situation, we're reminded of the story of the widow in 2 Kings 4. She was in debt and about to lose her sons into slavery, but Elisha told her to borrow as many vessels as she could from her neighbors. She did, and her oil filled all the vessels, and she was able to sell the excess oil to pay off her debt and provide for her family. We pray that God would open up unexpected sources of provision for you, just like He did for the widow.

We also want to encourage you to keep trusting in God. In Jeremiah 29:11, God says, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Trust that God is working all things together for your good, and that He has a purpose in this season of your life.

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord, we come before you today, lifting up Lisa and her husband. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You on behalf of Lisa and her husband. We ask for Your healing touch upon her husband, who continues to endure pain. Lord, in Your mercy, bring relief and comfort. As it says in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We trust in Your power to heal and restore.

We also lift up Lisa as she waits for assistance from SSDI. Father, You know their financial needs and the struggles they face. We ask for Your provision and favor, as promised in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus."

Grant them patience and peace during this waiting period. Remind them of Your faithfulness, as stated in Lamentations 3:25, "The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him."

Lord, strengthen their hearts and fill them with hope. In Isaiah 40:31, we are reminded, "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."

Surround them with Your love and guide them through these challenging times. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
