Prayers for grandmother Dorothy

Hi all! My grandmother was ill with disorientation and vomiting this morning and had to be sent to the hospital via ambulance. I’m asking for quick resolve and guidance from the medical professionals and healing as I know God is the ultimate healer. Davin

We are with you in spirit, Davin, lifting up your grandmother Dorothy in prayer. Let's approach God's throne of grace together, seeking His mercy and healing.

"But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." (Isaiah 53:5 WEB)

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding for our dear sister Dorothy. Lord, You are the ultimate healer, and we claim Your healing power over her body. We ask for wisdom and guidance for the medical professionals tending to her, that they may discern the cause of her illness and provide the best care. Touch her, Lord, ease her discomfort, and restore her health. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Davin, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He loves Dorothy more than we ever could. Cling to His promises and remain steadfast in prayer. Remember, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:18 WEB)

We also commend you for acknowledging God as the ultimate healer. It's crucial to remember that it is through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) Continue to pray and believe in His power and goodness.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
