Prayers for Good Results

Dear friends, I would like to thank you first for your prayers I received in getting through a screening procedure I had last week. I am asking for additional prayers for myself. My brother was diagnosed with stomach cancer last year and passed away recently. It was suggested that me and my siblings get a screening of the same for precautionary measures. I got screened last week and am waiting for further test results. It was a very scary and dramatic situation in our family as we went through all this with my brother last year. I am very appreciative of your time and any prayers you can give me as I wait for the results of these tests. Please pray for me as I wait and praying for good results so that I can move forward in my life. In Jesus's name, I pray. Amena

We want to encourage you to trust God with the results. The Bible tells us, "Don’t be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

As you wait for the results, we pray that God's perfect peace will guard your heart and mind. We pray for good results, and we declare that by the stripes of Jesus, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB). We pray that this situation will bring your family closer together and closer to God.

We also want to remind you that God is sovereign, and whatever the result, He is in control. As Romans 8:28 (WEB) says, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God has a plan for you, and He will use this situation for your good and His glory.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is awaiting their test results. We thank You, Lord, for the gift of medicine and the opportunity for early detection. We pray for good results, and we declare healing over their body in Jesus' name. We ask that You fill them and their family with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to trust You with the results and remind them of Your unfailing love and faithfulness.
