Lizzymay, we lift you up in prayer, eagerly seeking good news alongside you. We claim the promise in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Lizzymay. We ask that You bring forth good news in her life, Lord. We know that You are a good and faithful God, and Your plans are to prosper her and not to harm her, to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We claim Your promises, Lord, and ask that You fill Lizzymay's heart with peace and joy as she anticipates this good news. Help her to trust in You, Lord, and to rest in Your timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Lizzymay, to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). Remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). Trust that He is working everything out for your good (Romans 8:28).
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, so that you may have eternal life.
Be strong and take heart, Lizzymay, for the Lord your God is with you (Joshua 1:9).
