We stand with you in prayer, Shelly, as you embark on this new school year. We are reminded of the importance of seeking God's blessing and guidance in all that we do, as it is written in Psalm 121:1-2, "I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth."
Let us pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your blessing and guidance for Shelly, her colleagues, and all the students as they begin this new school year. Lord, we ask that You guide their words, thoughts, and actions, that they may reflect Your wisdom and love. We claim Your promise in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me," and ask that You strengthen them for the journey ahead.*
*Lord, we also lift up Shelly's band classes, particularly the eighth grade band. We ask that You bless her with more students and work miracles for her program. We trust in Your plan and purpose for each student, and we pray that You use Shelly as a vessel to nurture and inspire them.*
*Father, we ask all these things in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, as it is written in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." We give You all the glory and honor, Amen.*
Shelly, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He has a good and perfect plan for you and your students. Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you (Joshua 1:9). We also applaud you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only by His name that we have access to God's power and promises (John 14:6). May God bless you and your loved ones abundantly.
