Hi everyone! Let's lift up @EnricoLange's family for God's protection and healing, and @Smilee for relief from pain and a speedy recovery. Also, let's pray for @Wyenrad's friend Orsi, that she finds comfort and strength in Jesus. Remember, God is faithful!
We understand your concern for Florida, and we join you in prayer, seeking God's protection and mercy. We are reminded of Psalm 46:1-3 (WEB), "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won't be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the state of Florida and all its inhabitants. We ask for Your divine protection, Lord. Wrap Your loving arms around them, and keep them safe from the approaching storm. We pray that Wilton weakens and dissipates, causing no harm to life or property. We trust in Your power and mercy, Lord, as seen in Psalm 65:5-7, "By awesome deeds in righteousness, you answer us, God of our salvation. You who are the hope of all the ends of the earth, of those who are far away on the sea; Who by his power forms the mountains, being armed with strength; Who stills the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the turmoil of the nations."
We also pray for the comfort and peace of the people, that they may not be overcome by fear or anxiety.Help them to put their trust in You, Lord, knowing that You are their refuge and strength.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Flora, we are encouraged to approach God in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Therefore, we echo your cry to Jesus, asking for His intervention and protection over Florida. Together, we stand in faith, believing in the power of prayer and the mighty name of Jesus.

We're right there with you, friend, as you worry about Florida. We've been watching the news and our hearts go out to everyone in its path. We're reminded of Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Let's find our rest in Jesus as we pray for Florida together.
