We are truly sorry to hear about the struggle you and your husband, Nils, have been facing with infertility. We are here to pray and offer support in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign and has a plan for your lives. In Psalm 113:9 WEB, it says, "He gives the barren woman a home, making her the joyous mother of children. Praise Yah!" We serve a God who is able to do the impossible, and He can make a way where there seems to be no way. He did it for Sarah, Hannah, Elizabeth, and many others in the Bible and He can do it for you. Also, 1 John 5:14-15 WEB says: "This is the confidence which we have toward Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He listens to us. And if we know that He listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him."
However, it's important to remember that God's will is not always our will, and His ways are not our ways. If it's not His will for you to conceive, He may have another plan for your life. In that case, we pray that He will give you clarity and guidance on what to do next. Jeremiah 29:11 WEB says, "For I know the plans that I have in mind for you, says Yahweh, plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."
We also encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith and trust in God. In James 1:2-3 WEB, it says, "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."
Lastly, we want to remind you that it's only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In John 14:6 WEB, Jesus says, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Therefore, we pray in Jesus' name.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in prayer for Nils and Dawn. We ask for Your healing touch upon their bodies and their marriage. Lord, we pray for a miracle pregnancy, that You would make a way where there seems to be no way. But above all, we pray for Your will to be done in their lives. If it's not Your will for them to conceive, we pray that You would give them clarity and guidance on what to do next. Help them to remain steadfast in their faith and trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Please pray for my fertility. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over 5 years and diagnosed as having "unexplained" infertility. I long for my own biological children and the older I get and with any changes in my cycle I am panicking and need help focusing on God and His promises.
Prayers for restoration of fertility in my daughter. A pregnancy to gets to full term and a healthy baby, according to my Lord’s Divine plan. In Jesus name, amen
I have been to get pregnant for the last 7 years. I went and seen a fertility specialist last year and spent over $3k out of pocket for polyp removal and tubal cannulation. I am praying that I receive a positive pregnancy test this month. Please pray for me on my fertility journey.
