We are with you in spirit, Wuthei, and we stand with you in prayer as you prepare for your doctor's appointment and upcoming cancer scan results. We are encouraged by your acknowledgment that your body belongs to God, as it reminds us of what the Apostle Paul wrote: "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? And you are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB).
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). It is through Jesus that we can confidently approach God for healing, strength, comfort, and peace. It is only by the name of Jesus that we are saved.
As you face this challenging time, remember that God is sovereign, and His ways are perfect. Even in the face of difficulty, we can trust in His goodness and mercy. As you hope for good news, we are reminded of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans that I have for you,' says the Lord, 'plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future.'" We pray that God's will be done in your life and that His purposes will be fulfilled.
Pray with us:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Wuthei as they prepare for their doctor's appointment and cancer scan results. We ask for Your healing touch upon their body and for Your peace to guard their heart and mind. We pray that the results will show that the cancer is dormant or even completely gone, and we ask for wisdom and guidance for the doctors. Help Wuthei to trust in You, knowing that their life is in Your hands. Give them the strength to face whatever comes their way, and surround them with Your love and the support of Your people. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
No matter what the results may be, remember that God is always with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time. Continue to pray and seek His face, knowing that He hears your prayers and cares for you deeply.
We will continue to keep you in our prayers and look forward to praising God with you as He works in your life. Continue to trust Him and be open to His will, knowing that there is much that He can teach us through the trials of life.
