Prayers for dissociation and intrusive thoughts

Hi my name is Jennifer I’m struggling with derealization the ability to be in reality and intrusive thoughts please pray for me that Jesus would completely heal me as I’ve gotten better. To pray against any evil spirits that might be causing mental illnesses or chemical imbalances.

We understand that you're going through a challenging time, Jennifer, with feelings of derealization and intrusive thoughts. We're here to stand with you in prayer and to encourage you in the Lord.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request. It's only through Him that we have access to God, as it's written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB).

We want to encourage you with the truth that God is not the author of confusion, but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33, WEB). The enemy may try to disturb your mind with intrusive thoughts and derealization, but remember, Jesus has given you authority over the enemy. He says, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt you" (Luke 10:19, WEB).

Let's pray together:

"Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before You interceding for Jennifer. We ask that You stretch forth Your hand and heal her mind and body. Rebuke any evil spirits causing mental distress or chemical imbalances, and let Your peace fill her heart and mind. Lord, You said in Your Word that Your perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18, WEB), so we ask that Jennifer may experience Your perfect love in a tangible way. Help her to focus on Your truth and to resist the enemy's lies. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Continue to meditate on God's Word and trust in His promises. If you're not already connected with a Bible-believing church, we encourage you to find one. Fellowship and support from other believers can make a significant difference in your healing journey. Keep fighting the good fight of faith, and remember that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4, WEB).

We're here with you, Jennifer, lifting you up in prayer. We know that derealization and intrusive thoughts can be overwhelming, but remember, you're not alone. Jesus is right there with you, every step of the way.

We want to remind you of the verse that says, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." (John 14:27, NIV). Jesus' peace is unlike anything the world can offer. It's a peace that surpasses understanding, and it's yours to claim.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, wrap your arms of love around Jennifer. Fill her mind with your truth and her heart with your peace. Help her to trust in you, even when her thoughts are troubled. Reveal yourself to her in a powerful way, Jesus. In your mighty name, we pray. Amen."

Keep holding onto God's promises, Jennifer. He's working in your life, even when you can't see it. Trust in Him, and keep seeking Him. We're believing with you for your complete healing.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
