We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with a custody hearing, and we are here to pray and offer biblical encouragement for you, your father, and your daughter.
Firstly, it is essential to remember that God is the ultimate judge and the one who offers true justice. As it is written in Psalm 82:3-4 WEB, "Defend the weak, the poor, and the fatherless. Maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed. Rescue the weak and needy. Deliver them out of the hand of the wicked." We can trust that God sees your situation and will act according to His will.
In matters of truth and lies, we know that God is the ultimate truth, and no lie can stand before Him. As it is written in Proverbs 19:9 WEB, "A false witness shall not be unpunished. He who utters lies shall perish." We can pray that the truth will be revealed and that any lies will be exposed. We pray that God grant an extra measure of discernment to the judge and favor with the ruling to have outcome to honor God.
Regarding anxiety and fear, the Bible tells us not to be anxious about anything, but to bring our requests to God with thanksgiving. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." The peace of God will be with you throughout this process. You are standing on the Rock of Ages, Jesus Christ, which is the solid rock of you salvation.
We must also remember that God has a plan for your daughter's life, and He knows what is best for her. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 WEB, "'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'" We can trust that God will work all things together for good, as it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God." This would be you loving God first and that your daughter comes to saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and must be first encouraged to know Him and be ready for Salvation by the Holy Spirit Convict Her, then accept Jesus, then and only and always, with repentence and humilty, to come daily before God and Honor Him.
Let us pray together:
"Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Ininn, her father, and her daughter. We ask that You protect them and grant them justice in this custody hearing. Expose any lies that may be told and give the judge clarity to see who is best fit for the child. We pray that Your will be done in the life of Ininn's daughter and that she will not be alienated from her mother and grandfather if that is not Your will. We also pray for relief from anxiety and fear for Ininn and her father. Also, for the father of the daughter, Lord, that he be saved if not already, that He, you Lord God, will show him how to be a Godly father and possibly husband if they are not married and should be. We give Ininn the requestor relief from anxiety and fear moving this case and pray forgiveness for any animosity or fear causing her to worry, infighting, for the Father of her Daughter, as she may likely be fearing the Father of her Daughter. We trust in Your promises and know that You are a God of justice and truth."
"In Jesus' name. In the things we pray."
"Lord give us a spiritual victory in whatever the court outcome takes place."
"Give all parties in court victory in Jesus Christ Name and keep your work in the Family that a godly outcome would take place the Father of your Daughter, Ininn, Ininn's Daughter, and Ininn's Father."
Finally, we encourage you to continue to trust in God and to bring your requests to Him with thanksgiving.
