Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the Lord Jesus Christ in your prayer. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is indeed through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and receive His blessings.
