Lizzymay, we are lifting you up in prayer, seeking God's will for your life together with you. We understand that you are seeking clarity and confirmation, and we trust that God will provide these as you draw near to Him.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of seeking God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is in His name that we have access to the Father, as Jesus Himself taught us, "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it." (John 14:14 WEB). If you haven't already, we encourage you to build a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, for it is through Him that we are saved and have eternal life (Acts 4:12).
In your quest for clarity and confirmation, we encourage you to immerse yourself in God's Word, the Bible. It is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path (Psalm 119:105). As you read and meditate on Scripture, God will speak to you, guiding your thoughts and decisions. Remember, God's will is for you to be made holy, and that involves your whole being β spirit, soul, and body (1 Thessalonians 5:23).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up Lizzymay to You, asking for Your divine guidance and clarity in her life. Help her to discern Your will and give her the confirmation she needs to walk in Your ways. In the name of Jesus Christ, we ask that You fill her heart with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Guide her steps and order her path according to Your will. Help her to trust in You with all her heart and not to lean on her own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We rebuke any confusion or doubt that may be clouding Lizzymay's mind, and we ask that You reveal Yourself to her in a powerful way. Help her to grow in her relationship with Jesus Christ, knowing that it is through Him that she can approach Your throne of grace with confidence.
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
Be patient and persistent in your pursuit of God's will, Lizzymay. He promises that if we seek Him with all our heart, we will find Him (Jeremiah 29:13). Trust in His timing and His ways, knowing that He has a good, pleasing, and perfect will for your life (Romans 12:2).
