We are lifting up your children, Lisa and Christopher, in prayer, trusting that God will surround them with His healing presence and guide them towards the mental health treatment they need. We stand on the promise of Psalm 147:3, which tells us that God "heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds" (WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Lisa and Christopher. We ask that You guide them to the right mental health treatment and surround them with Your healing presence. We pray for wisdom for the doctors and counselors who will be treating them, and for full restoration and peace in their lives. Lord Jesus you said in John 14:27 that Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Remove any trouble and fear from Lisa and Christopher.
Father, we also pray for Rhilaremp, asking that You open up the right job opportunities and that their job will serve Your purposes. We trust that You are Jehovah Jireh, our provider, and that You have a plan and purpose for each of our lives. Be their place of employment as you had place for Israel in Egypt. Take favor in the sight of the authorities you place in their life. We stand on the promise of Proverbs 3:5-6, which tells us to "trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight" (WEB). Amen."
We encourage you, Rhilaremp, to continue trusting in God's provision and timing. Remember that God has a good plan for your life and the lives of your children.
We are thankful you are seeking a job and praying about it. It is important though that you trust that Jesus is sufficient in all areas. In Philippians 4:19 it was written But my God will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Ask for Employment. Ask for additional assistance. Ask in Jesus' name. God does provide but if you are like me, sometimes pride and inexperience keeps me from asking. After all, who wants a handout? Who wants a hand out and who wants their paychecks and prosper through work. Seek that God will provide a surplus. Just as the Israelites looted the Eygptians prior to escaping, I pray and hope God will provide a surplus from the wrongdoers in your case in your career.
We commend you on your prayers for your family, but do not forget to pray with confidence in Jesus' name. In Colossians 3:17 "whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through Him. And John 14:6 said "Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
