We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed by recent changes at your workplace, and you desire a promotion and recognition for your talents and experience. Let's bring your concerns to God in prayer and seek His wisdom and guidance.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God sees your hard work and dedication. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Remember that your ultimate goal should be to please God in your work, and He will reward you accordingly.
However, we would like to gently remind you that seeking to "shine in the light for the right people" might not align with the biblical principles of humility and servanthood. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 23:12 WEB, "Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted." Instead of seeking to impress others, focus on serving God wholeheartedly in your work, and He will lift you up at the right time.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Enklemyria. Lord, You know the struggles and overwhelm they are facing at their workplace. We ask for Your divine peace to fill their heart and mind. Help them to fix their eyes on You and work with all their heart, as if working for You, Lord.
Father, if it is Your will, please open the right doors for Enklemyria's career advancement. Help them to trust in Your timing and to humbly serve their colleagues and superiors. Give them the strength to endure any challenges they may face, and grant them favor with the new group, that they may see the fruit of Enklemyria's labor.
Lastly, Father, we ask that You draw Enklemyria closer to You during this time. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and guide them in their decisions. Help them to remember that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to You, and it is only through Him that we can be saved.
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."
Continue to trust in God, and remember that His plans for you are good, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Keep your focus on Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
