Beloved of All
Dear God, I ask tonight for you to bless my family with calmness. We, all of us, are scared and worried right now, and I ask you to calm us, and grant us some of your wisdom, so that we may be guided and so that we may be prepared for whatever hardships we face in the future. I especially ask you to grant calmness to John because he's very scared and worried.
I also ask for healing. Firstly for John. I love him so much Father, and it hurts me in my heart to not be able to help him with what he's dealing with. I pray that its nothing serious, and also that he can get a doctors appointment soon. Secondly, I ask for healing for my mom. Please let her pain be eased, if only a little. I'm scared for her, and her situation makes me feel very frustrated and sad. I miss her, and knowing that she has to take care of her mother, my brother, two cats and three dogs, all while her entire body hurts and any exertion causes her great pain, it causes me both mental and physical pain. Thirdly, my mother-in-law who has been dealing with this strange illness for too long, I ask Lord that you will lift the burden of it off of her. Finally, I ask that you will heal both of my grandmothers. Grandma H needs healing both mentally and physically, and I beg you to help her, and that you would grant her clarity and courage to go and get the procedure that she needs. As for Grandma S, I ask that you give her strength, and I pray that her rehabilitation goes quickly and smoothly. And if its not in Your Plan to restore her health completely, I think we would all count it as a victory if she didn't have to spend the rest of her days confined to hospital beds and wheelchairs. As your daughter, I ask these things of You.
In Jesus' name,
Amen.
