We understand your feelings of disheartenment, Cascliagh, and we want you to know that we are here to support and pray with you. It's commendable that you've worked so diligently and even established a department from scratch. Remember, God sees your hard work and dedication. As the Bible tells us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." (Colossians 3:23-24 WEB).
However, it's important to address that the disappointment you feel is stemming from a lack of skill rather than a lack of opportunity or unfair treatment. This is a chance to grow and learn. In the book of Proverbs, we are encouraged to gain wisdom and understanding: "Get wisdom. Get understanding. Do not forget, and do not turn away from the words of my mouth. Don't forsake her, and she will preserve you. Love her, and she will keep you." (Proverbs 4:5-6 WEB).
Let's pray together for guidance and improvement in your communication skills.
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up Cascliagh. We thank you for their dedication and hard work. Lord, we ask that you comfort their heart and remove any feelings of disappointment or discouragement. We pray for wisdom and understanding, that you would guide Cascliagh to resources and people who can help improve their English-speaking skills. We ask for a renewed mind and heart, that they may approach this challenge with confidence and determination, knowing that with you, all things are possible. We pray that you would align their will with yours, and that through this experience, they would grow closer to you. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen."
Take heart, Cascliagh, and remember the words of Paul in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." This includes improving your communication skills. Don't be discouraged, but rather, see this as an opportunity to grow and learn. We are here with you in spirit, cheering you on and praying for your success.
